Current Status and Development Trend of China's Die and Mold Industry

Current Status and Development Trend of China's Die and Mold Industry

As the foundation of modern industry, mold technology has been widely used in automobiles, energy, machinery, and other fields. In electronic products, automobiles, televisions, electrical appliances, instruments, meters, home appliances, and communications, 60%-80% of the parts rely on mold forming. The high precision, high complexity, high consistency, high productivity, and low energy consumption of using molds to produce parts are unmatched by other processing and manufacturing methods. The mold industry is also a "profit amplifier" for the manufacturing industry. The value of the final products produced using molds is often dozens or even hundreds of times higher than the value of the molds themselves.

"Participating in online group buying for online traffic generation only earns 2 yuan per pair of glasses." Recently, many regional eyewear retailers have complained about the current state of the industry at an optometry forum, and this is also a common pain point for many offline eyewear stores during their transformation period.
